During this 3-hour session, drop-in for an introduction to some mindful movement and learn some examples of breathwork inspired by Yoga. Both of these practices can be very useful in dealing with stressful situations and are accessible and free to use in your daily life! Offering to be provided by a certified yoga teacher.
